Megan Wyatt
Megan grew up in a small town near Logan Utah. After graduating from high school she went to Utah State University and earned a bachelors degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science. She then went to Brigham Young University for a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Health Promotion. For her thesis project she used pedometers to measure steps in families. She wanted to determine whether using family night to discuss the importance of physical activity would increase pedometer steps, and it did!   In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and playing sports, especially racquetball and ultimate Frisbee. Megan also enjoys hiking, shooting and fishing. If she is not doing one of those things you will most likely find her reading a book.
She loves Corporate Wellness because it is a good way for her to reach out to a lot of people. She has experienced the benefits of an active healthy lifestyle. A few years ago Megan lost about 20 lbs and has been able to keep it off. She loves to see others experience success as well.
